Southeast Service Cooperative is a public non-profit that manages regional administrative services, collaborative initiatives, educational programming, shared positions, and software for education, municipal, and nonprofit organizations.
SWCIL provides services to people of all ages with a disability. We work on teaching the skills needed to become as independent as possible. For each person that may look totally different. A referral is needed for our services, but we do not require documentation of a disability. We can provide education on what skills are needed to get a job such as interviewing skills and writing a resume along with the skills needed to keep a job. We do have a ramp program that builds ramps getting into a house or temporary ramp rental. We have an Assistive Technology program where people can check out an item prior to purchasing the item. We do information and referrals to connect people to the proper resources.
