SWWC is 1 of 9 educational service agencies in Minnesota that provides a wide variety of services to public and private schools, cities, counties and other governmental organizations in our service area. Our region consists of 18 counties in southwest and west central Minnesota. We have offices in Marshall, Montevideo, Pipestone, Willmar and Windom. In addition to our office locations, we have employees in our Educational Learning Centers (ELCs), in our Alternative Learning Centers (ALCs), in our READY Clinics, or housed at our member school districts.
The purpose of SWWC is to provide specialized services to meet the needs of our members and to help students explore their interests and skills through unique enrichment experiences. We employ over 400 of professionals including technology specialists, business services specialists, project and grant managers, school administrators, human resources and benefits professionals, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, behavior analysts, behavior therapists, school psychologists, and administrative assistants.
