Ability Building Community (ABC) is a Rochester-based nonprofit that has served individuals with disabilities in southeastern Minnesota since 1956. With nearly 70 years of experience, ABC supports more than 700 people across Rochester, Caledonia, and La Crescent through four core areas: employment services, day support, independent living assistance, and vocational training. Their employment programs range from job development and placement to long-term supported employment and community-based school employment — helping individuals find and keep meaningful work in their communities.

ABC also operates two community-facing businesses, The Protocult and Ability Built Computers, giving individuals real work experience in a supported environment.
