The Southwest Regional Development Commission (SRDC) is a public agency that supports the growth and success of communities across nine counties in Southwest Minnesota. We collaborate with townships, cities, counties, schools, and local organizations to plan for a brighter, more sustainable future in southwest Minnesota. From transportation planning to economic development, we help turn ideas into action!

We provide support, planning, and resources in areas such as:
📊 Gap Financing – Helping small businesses grow with Revolving Loan Funds and energy-saving loans (PACE).
🛣️ Planning – Creating plans for transportation, trails, strategic planning, and more.
📣 Communications – Sharing stories, designing reports, and connecting communities through social media and public outreach.
🤝 Support Services – Providing behind-the-scenes help that keeps everything running smoothly, including administration, finance, and project coordination.

SparkPath (formerly Success Beyond the Classroom) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We create powerful learning experiences that challenge students to explore interests, discover new perspectives, connect with professionals in the community, and visualize their success beyond the classroom.
