Legacies supports children and adults in Winona County with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities by offering a range of personalized services, including:
- Individualized Home Supports (IHS)

Our dedicated team is well-trained, compassionate, and energetic, focused on building meaningful relationships while fostering independence and skill development. Staff receive specialized training to provide support with professionalism and appropriate boundaries. Legacies operates under a 245D license from the Minnesota Department of Human Services, ensuring high-quality care and services.

Legacies began serving Winona in 2010, providing Individualized Home Support services (formerly known as ILS) to mainly children who needed help managing their behaviors. While IHS is still the heart of the services that we provide, we also provide Community Residential services for settings of 1 to 4 people. We continue to grow and innovate as the needs for our services are great. We have seen many lives improved and are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of people’s stories.
