People's Energy Cooperative is a member-owned, distribution electric cooperative delivering retail electric power to nearly 20,000 members in Olmsted, Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, Wabasha, and Winona Counties. We are governed by a member-elected board of directors comprised of member-owners who serve three-year terms. We are staffed by 68 professionals who stand ready to deliver on our mission to bring value to our member-owners and communities by providing reliable electricity, superior service, and innovative energy solutions at fair and reasonable prices.
