Student Applications to Attend Rural Forum Free Now Open!

The 2025 Rural Forum will take place on December 4 in Mankato, an annual keynote event from GreenSeam offering students the competitive opportunity to connect with regional agricultural employers in their area of study. Students at regional colleges and universities may apply to attend at no cost through November 20, thanks to student sponsor, ISG.

At the Rural Forum

This annual event is attended by regional agribusiness leaders and public officials to discuss the latest trends impacting agricultural industries in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. The student ticket includes:

Personalized table placement with companies and professionals in their areas of interest for the dinner and the program.
Networking with over 200 agricultural professionals in the public and private sectors.

A program featuring Keynote remarks from a founding family member of one of the largest dairies in the U.S., Fair Oaks Farms, and Q&A with a panel of state lawmakers.
