The Summer Health Care Internship Program, funded by the Minnesota Department of Health, provides funding for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home care agencies to host up to 5 interns at each facility. Internship wages are reimbursed 50% through this program.

The Minnesota Hospital Association facilitates this program and is currently accepting applications from health care facilities to host interns. Internships run Memorial Day to Labor Day, students can begin applying any time. We expect more employers to be added to the approved list after the April 19th deadline.
