Led by FORGE by FutureForward™ in partnership with Rochester Community and Technical College, Lincoln Electric, Local #6 Plumbers & Pipefitters, Airgas, and Emcor Enclosures, the day-long training will focus on blueprint reading, weld acceptance criteria, hands-on welding, and direct coaching from industry experts. The goal is to better equip instructors with practical, real-world techniques they can immediately bring back to their students, ensuring learners are prepared for modern welding careers in trades, manufacturing, and engineering.

This instructor training also serves as preparation for the FutureForward™ Welding Competition, taking place April 15, 2026, at the Local #6 Plumbers & Pipefitters Training Center in Rochester.
