No college degree is required to work for ALC Companies, but employees must be 18 years of age to be allowed on railroad property and to operate any equipment.
This is a traveling job; we are away from home generally Sunday through Thursday.

Operators are responsible for moving heavy machinery near and on the railroad tracks. Labors assist with loading and unloading equipment and providing assistance to the operators. Much of the work day is performed outdoors with daily tasks varying each day.
