The College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences (CFANS) Youth Outreach team creates engaging opportunities for students to explore the world of food, agriculture, and natural resources. From classroom activities and educator resources to campus visits, summer programs, and research experiences, we help students see themselves in science and understand how their passions connect to future careers.
Our outreach efforts are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and open doors to pathways in agriculture, food systems, natural resources, and related sciences. By partnering with schools, community organizations, and families, CFANS provides youth with meaningful, hands-on experiences that connect today’s learners with tomorrow’s solutions.
