WHO WE ARE.

We serve people across Minnesota who have mental illness, challenges with addiction, and other disabilities. We work with people integrated into the community, living in their own homes and in our residential settings.

OUR MISSION.

At RTI we help people improve their quality of life by empowering them with knowledge, resources and skills and treating them with dignity and respect.

WHAT WE DO.

With all our services our method is to teach, model and support skill building services which promote everyone’s desired goals. We believe that if we are doing our job the need for our services will be lessened as each individual, with the assistance of our practitioners, becomes more and more independent.
