Costas Candies & Restaurant is a small local diner located in downtown Owatonna. Since 1919 Costas has been the local favorite for handmade candies and made from scratch breakfast and lunch. Our food is all made to order, house made daily soups, Greek salads and our classic burger & fries baskets. Our caramels and chocolates are world famous and continue to all be handmade in the same location we started in 101 years ago!
