Achieve TFC, LLC (dba Achieve Consulting) was established in 2017 when Owner/President, Cheryl K. Glaeser, discovered a need for a new style of organizational development and planning where those involved are engaged in the process and able to create action steps that lead to results. Businesses and organizations may have had strategic plans, but too often they were full of "fluff" and just sat on a shelf. Also, the people expected to implement the plans weren't truly engaged and lacked the leadership skills for effective teams. Since 2017, Cheryl has worked with over 20 groups to deliver customized leadership training, interactive and engaging strategic planning sessions, and provide consulting services to help groups work together to ACHIEVE stronger results.
