DESCRIPTION:The Technology Exploration Award recognizes high school students who take the initiative to set up meetings with and learn from technology practitioners. Students who pursue and earn this award will gain a deeper understanding of various technology careers and the paths to those careers\, and benefit from building their professional networks earlier in life. \nThe path to earning this award provides students with professional skills and experiences that are not part of the curriculum in most schools\, increasing the chance that they have opportunities that are not usual for high school students. \nBasic award information:\n– Students must reach out to and learn from a minimum of 5 technology practitioners to be recognized\n– Registration ends on February 28th (just changed) March 7.\n– The award submission period lasts from November 25th to March 31st (just changed) April 10th.\n– There are possible cash prizes for earning this award (see the website for more information) \nHere is the link to the website: https://mntech.org/technology-exploration-award/
