Whether you’re new to the field or looking to sharpen your foundation\, this program offers hands-on training and real-world insights from experienced professionals. \nThroughout the four weeks\, participants will rotate through focused training in general safety\, basic carpentry skills\, roofing\, and highway heavy construction. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively use tools and materials\, understand job site protocols\, and get exposure to the diverse work environments that carpenters encounter every day. \nThis program is ideal for individuals looking to explore multiple career paths within the construction trades while building the confidence and experience needed to take the next step. Training takes place in a supportive\, team-oriented environment and includes opportunities to connect with union representatives\, employers\, and training staff. \nNo prior experience is necessary\, and all safety gear and materials are provided. Take the first step toward a rewarding career with the skills and support to succeed.
